NEW YEAR’S EVE SOIRÉE
Toast to the year ahead at CIELO with panoramic mountain views, live music, and an elevated four-course prix fixe dinner. Savor seasonal flavors with entrée selections including pan-seared king salmon, Guinness-braised prime beef short rib, or pan-roasted duck breast, followed by Grand Marnier and vanilla bean crème brûlée. DARK SKY HOLIDAYS
Celebrate the season with a Sonoran Desert escape beneath our certified Dark Sky Community's star-filled skies. Enjoy a welcome amenity, a $150 resort credit to use throughout the property—including CIELO and The Spa at ADERO—and an in-room telescope for at least one night of your stay. Complimentary self-parking is included, along with early check-in, a room upgrade, and 1 PM late checkout based on availability.
