About This Event

Gather with those who matter most and celebrate Thanksgiving where breathtaking mountain views meet an elevated holiday dining experience at CIELO.

Join us for a special three-course prix fixe menu crafted by Executive Chef Sean Han, featuring seasonal flavors and holiday favorites.

Begin with Kabocha Squash Soup with crispy Ibérico and crème fraîche, or Autumn Citrus & Heirloom Greens with Humboldt Fog cheese, candied pecans, and pomegranate vinaigrette.

For the main course, choose between Slow-Roasted Diestel Turkey or Prime Ribeye Steak, accompanied by family-style sides, including artisanal brioche and sourdough stuffing with wild mushrooms, caramelized leeks, and fresh herbs.

For a sweet finish, enjoy our decadent Pumpkin Pie Brûlée, featuring a caramelized sugar crust and cinnamon gelato.
