About This Event

Sip, shuck, repeat. Introducing Sip & Shuck, a new CIELO monthly tradition featuring a rotating selection of fresh oysters on the last Wednesday of every month.

Join us this Wednesday, September 30 from 2 PM–close for this month’s featured selection: Kumiai Oysters, available raw with house mignonette or steamed with New Mexico Hatch chile butter. Pair them with JCB N°21 Brut Burgundy for the perfect midweek indulgence.

Live saxophone performance: 5:30PM–7:30PM.
